Application should be sent to the Engineer-In- charge, Properties & Facilities Dept., Air-India Ltd., Air India GSD Complex, IGI Airport, Terminal-2, New Delhi-110037 within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Enquiries may be made on Tel: 25652050 Extn. 3238

 

A copy of the Tender document is attached for perusal only and NOT for downloading. If any party downloads and quotes on this document, their tender will stand rejected. Only those parties found suitable will be issued the hard copy of tender documents for quoting, by Properties & Facilities Dept., New Delhi on payment of Tender cost.

 

Note :

 

Applications must contain the following details:

 

1) Name of the firm and organization details.

2) Registration with other Govt./Semi Govt. Organization, if any.

3) Latest Solvency Certificate from a Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

4) Income Tax Permanent Account Number.

5) List of Works carried out, value of such completed works and certificates for

works executed/under execution for the last three years.

6) For each item of work, contractors who have successfully completed similar works

during last seven years as detailed below only shall be considered.

 

a)      Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40%

of the estimated cost.

OR

b)      Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50%

of the estimated cost.

OR

c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80%

of the estimated cost.

 

7)                  Contractors should have Annual Financial turn over during the last 3 years

at least 30% of the estimated cost.

8) Copy of registration certificate of Works Contract Tax/ VAT/ Service Tax etc.

9) Copy of electrical contractors License issued by the Competent Authority.

 

Air-India Ltd. reserves the right to reject application of any contractor without assigning any reason.
