                     Applications should be sent to the Sr.AGM, Properties & Facilities Dept., Old Airport, Santa Cruz(East), Mumbai-400 029 within 15 days from the date of advertisement. The parties applying for this work must have the registrations with EPFO & ESIC. The scrutiny of the applications will be carried out by the Properties & Facilities Department and selected parties will be issued with the tender Notice to collect the hard copy of the tender set, after paying the cost of tender.

                   A copy of the Tender document is attached for perusal only and NOT for downloading and quoting. If any party downloads and quotes on this document, their tender will stand rejected. Only those parties found suitable will be issued the hard copy of tender documents for quoting, by Properties & Facilities Dept. Air India Ltd., Old Airport, Kalina, Santa Cruz (E), Mumbai-400 029 on payment of Tender Cost.

Note:

Applications must contain the following details

  1. Name of the Firm and Organisation details.
  2. Registration with other Govt / Semi-Govt. Organisations
  3. Latest Solvency Certificate from a Nationalised Bank / Scheduled Bank (minimum value of 40 % of the estimated cost of work)
  4. Income Tax Permanent Account Number
  5. Certificate of Service Tax Registration
  6. Registration details with the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)
  7. Registration details with the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)
  8. List of works carried out, value of such completed works and certificates for works executed / under execution for the last three years.
  9. For each item of work, contractors who have successfully completed similar works during the last FIVE years as detailed below only shall be considered

    a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost.
    OR
    b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost.
    OR
    c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost.
  10. Contractors should have Annual Financial turnover during the last 3 years at least 30% of the estimated cost.
