Air India Limited operating its airline in the name of Air India invites applications from well established
Inflight Caterers to undertake its catering at O’Hare International
Airport –Chicago for its flight operations effective 30th April 2012. Air India Limited will follow a two bid tender system
whereby interested parties are required to separately submit;
a)
A Technical Bid outlining the infrastructural facilities
available, current customer base etc. and
b) A Commercial Bid quoting rates for
items on Air India’s
menu, which shall be given with the Tender.
Please note that the best possible terms should be reflected in
the Commercial Bid, as it is not intended to hold negotiations with all
parties.
Technical and Commercial bid must be submitted in separate sealed
covers to the address mentioned in the Tender document on or before 09th February 2012 by 1500 Hrs
IST.
Note: The Integrity Pact is attached herewith,
the bidders must download the same and sign the same with official stamp on all pages and submit it in separate envelope along with their Technical
and Commercial Bid. Only those bidders who have entered into this Integrity
Pact would be competent to participate in the bid process. If a bidder fails to
sign the Integrity Pact, such bidders can be disqualified from the further
tender process.
