this particular tender is "RESTRICTED TO INVITED SUPPLIERS". If so only the INVITED SUPPLIERS can participate in this tender.
For other vendors it is to be treated as a notice wherein they may view the details and approach AI for future registration
purpose. In case the control section does not display the clause "RESTRICTED TO INVITED SUPPLIERS" it would be meant that
participation is open to all vendors.
